The stage: new site, invitation funnel, and the glass console
A new public site built from a pixel spec (paper, LED-dot numerals, three glass cards on real metrics), formal sign-in / sign-up screens, a waitlist with two house emails, and the app and admin consoles rebuilt around a full-height glass rail, a floating pill and a run-detail screen that shows the real canvas. The workflow canvas itself is unchanged; ten app icons are now self-hosted.
Everything public and everything around the canvas was redrawn in one design language. The canvas, its nodes and its app palette stay exactly as they were.
Public site
- Home is a stage: a headline with LED-dot type, an intro, and three rigid glass cards (Run Latency, Execution Volume, Intelligent Connections) whose numbers were read from the live database on 2026-09-30.
- Landing sections follow the stage: a real run, the engine ledger, the numbers, connectors, agents, developers, and the access call-to-action.
- A floating glass pill nav on every stage page, and a real footer band.
- Sign in, sign up, forgot and reset screens in the same language. Sign-up stays gated by the allowlist; a refused address is told so in a sentence.
- Request access is a waitlist: name and email only. Joining sends the "You are in line" email; being granted sends the "You are in" email with the sign-up link. Both go through the OpFlow transactional relay.
App console
- Shell: a full-height inset glass rail, a floating top pill (rail toggle, search, live running count, theme, primary action), light and dark themes.
- Overview: KPIs in LED numerals, runs over 24 hours, needs attention, busiest workflows, live now.
- Workflows: grouped by business with a health strip; each row shows the apps in the flow, a mini node chain, a 24-hour sparkline, counts and the enable switch.
- Runs: running / median / p90 / failed KPIs, a per-minute run stream, and per-row duration bars and step dots. Every row opens the run.
- Run detail: the real canvas on top with each node's outcome, the step log below with status, timing, output and error.
- The editor keeps its canvas, palette and node design; only the shell around it changed.
Admin console
- Dashboard, access requests, users and runs restyled to the same shell. Approving a request allowlists the address and sends the granted email.
Fixes
- Podio, Airtable and RingCentral icons were broken images (their remote logo URLs had gone 404). All three, plus Telnyx, Stripe, ManyChat, MCP Server, Tremendous, SoTellUs and OpVault, now ship as self-hosted SVGs under /icons/apps.
