Economics in the admin console
Admin → Economics shows what a customer costs to win and to serve, retention and what one customer is worth, on one screen. Every figure is labelled Actual or Estimate.
MRR, paying customers, ARPA, gross margin, CAC, LTV, LTV:CAC and payback at the top; then the cost to serve each tier, where acquisition spend goes, churn, NRR and a cohort table. Every title and column has an ⓘ that says what it means and how it is worked out.
- A figure with no source says No data and what it needs. Nothing is filled in with a guess.
- What-if sliders for churn, CAC and tier mix recalculate LTV, LTV:CAC, payback and the most you can afford to spend to win a customer. They never change real data.
- The assumptions behind the estimates are listed with where each came from; the platform owner can correct one.
- The pricing page has a Monthly | Annual switch: Starter $200, Growth $500, Scale $1,000 a year, 12 months for the price of 10.
